Owlnest Lume Order & Shipping Policy

Owlnest Lume is available now through secure Shopify checkout.
1. Order Status
Owlnest Lume is available now. A completed payment confirms your order, subject to inventory and payment authorization.
2. Fulfillment Timing
Fulfillment is scheduled to begin July 20, 2026. Timing may change due to production, quality checks, logistics, customs, carriers, or operations.
3. What Your Payment Covers Today
Your payment covers the selected Owlnest Lume package:
- Single Lume: $59
- Duo Lume: $100
At Shopify checkout, your payment includes the selected package, the shipping charge shown before payment, and any taxes collected by the store.
4. Shipping, Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are calculated and shown before payment at Shopify checkout.
Destination duties, customs charges, import fees, or similar fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where required by local authorities or carriers.
5. Address Changes
You may request an address change before fulfillment. Contact team@owlnestofficial.com from your order email.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping preparation, address changes may no longer be possible.
6. Cancellations Before Fulfillment
You may request cancellation before fulfillment preparation. If cancellation is completed, collected product and shipping charges for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Refunds
After dispatch or delivery, eligible return requests can be made within 30 days after receipt. Mandatory consumer rights, including Taiwan’s statutory distance-sale cancellation right where applicable, are not limited.

8. Delays
We aim to follow the schedule. Fulfillment may still be affected by production, checks, logistics, customs, weather, carriers, or other factors.
If there is a meaningful delay, we will provide updates through reasonable communication channels, such as email or official website updates.
9. Product Updates
Owlnest may make minor updates to packaging, materials, specs, documents, or fulfillment details before shipping.
10. Order Confirmation and Communication
Keep your Shopify order confirmation and payment receipt. Important order updates may be sent by email.
